Is not very good. Well, maybe that's a bit harsh.
It was a lot like Limitless, leaving me decidedly nonplussed and with the feeling that the creators believed the central idea alone was strong enough for 93 minutes of story. It was just very much "on the rails", it's one twist can be seen coming from several miles up the track and beyond that anyone who's seen similar concepts (so everyone who's seen Groundhog Day) will know exactly where it's headed, even though the nature of the "time travel" gives you the impression they might try something new. Maybe that was the twist. Leading you to believe they might defy convention and then sticking rigidly to it.
There's also no mention made of the fact that, while he saves a train full of people, the guy he's inhabiting is still gone, replaced by Samuel Beckett there. They very nearly use "Oh boy" at one point, but failed to.
It's not bad. It's just not actively good either.
